Shows usually finish no later than 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30pm on Sunday. All show times are approximate and may change without notice.

Where are my tickets?

For Tickets booked on The O2 website or AXS.com
Mail out tickets are usually dispatched by post no later than 10 days before the event. E-tickets are usually a lot quicker but will be sent out no later than 14 days prior to the event and in line with the wishes of the event organiser. If you have not received your tickets within the above time frame – don’t worry, most tickets for The O2 arena can be duplicated for collection on the night of the event if you have bought via the venue or via AXS.com. If it is two days before the event please contact us to arrange the duplicates.

The vast majority of tickets are despatched 7-10 days before the event.  You can track the status of your order by visiting the customer service page of the website.  If you believe your tickets have been lost, damaged, or stolen in the post please log in via the customer service page to get in touch with our customer care team, who should respond within 24 hours.

For tickets bought from other ticket agents, please contact your point of purchase directly. 

Where are my seats?

Our seating plans can be found here . Most events will have one of the regular layouts, if not choose your event from the list to see the seating plan.

Can I return or exchange my tickets?

All ticket sales are final and can not be exchanged or cancelled. For our full refund policy visit The O2 at theo2.co.uk/footer/terms-conditions.html#tickets.

 

What's the camera policy?

Small personal cameras are allowed into the arena. We ask that you turn off the flash so as not to distract the performers or other guests. Larger SLR type cameras are not allowed into the venue unfortunately. This is at the request of our event promoters. For cameras that look similar to SLR cameras, the staff on the entrances must use their discretion, and your camera may be held at the entrance until the end of the show if it is not allowed to come in. It will be looked after safely. You will be given a ticket so you can collect it.

Lost property

Our Lost Property department is open every day from midday. Please call us on 0208 463 2030 or email lostproperty@theo2.co.uk. Please note that we only keep found items for seven days – after that we donate them to charity. We can’t be held liable for any items or tickets that are lost or stolen.
